These terms govern your use of casecode.com, operated by the administrator of casecode.com.

A research tool, not legal advice

CaseCode is a research tool. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. You are responsible for reading the authorities you rely on and for verifying them before filing. Verification statuses report what was matched in the source and are not a guarantee that an authority supports your argument or remains good law.

Accounts and plans

Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Limits are usage per billing period, and deleting an item does not return usage. You can cancel from the billing settings, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces, or resell access without an agreement.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Access to a workspace is granted after signup confirmation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period.
